What does customer service mean? Have you ever experienced bad customer service?
There are two kinds of customers:
External customers are people who use your services or buy your products. These customers are the main reason your business/organization exists.
Internal customers are co-workers who rely on you to do the tasks necessary to make the business/organization run smoothly. If your internal customers are not treated well, they may not be as productive as needed. Eventually, this negative treatment can make its way to your external customers.
Remember, your internal customers are just as important as the external customers and both should be treated in a courteous, professional, respectful manner.
